Fondation Alliance Française

The Fondation Alliance Française is the educational and legal reference of Alliances Françaises. It also supports and advises them in their development and training of their teachers.

Consulat Général à San Francisco
“Le Consulat Général de France à San Francisco” is in charge of French interests in 10 States and territories in the entire Northwest of the United States.

Institut Français

The Institut Français is in charge of implementing France’s cultural action abroad. It helps to promote French influence abroad through greater dialogue with foreign cultures, while responding to the needs of France via a policy of listening, partnership and openness to other cultures.

French Morning

French Morning is the first e-magazine for the French-speaking community living in the US as well as French people traveling to the US. It combines a community-based magazine and a city guide with local editions.


Launched in 1984, TV5MONDE is the leading French language channel broadcasting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without commercial interruptions. It reaches more than 318 million households and 32 million viewers every week in 200 countries and territories, making TV5MONDE the largest distributed French language network in the world being broadcast via 8 separate feeds.

French-American Chamber of Commerce

The French-American Chamber of Commerce of San Francisco (FACCSF) is a non-profit, non-governmental and member-driven organization created in 1978. It is part of a network of 20 French-American Chambers in the United States, and a proud member of the Paris-based Union of the French Chambers Abroad (UCCIFE).

Its mission is to:

  • Engage and foster the French-American business community,
  • Support companies in their settlement and development in the Bay Area, from Napa Valley to Silicon Valley.

San Francisco Bay Accueil

San Francisco Bay Accueil is a non-profit organization whose mission is to inform, welcome and help integrate French people to the Bay Area.


Comité Officiel de la Communauté Française de San Francisco et de la Baie

The Comité organizes and sponsors the celebration of the French National day: Bastille Day,on July 14th. It also helps the other French organizations in the Bay Area and participates in local events. Its mission is to maintain and enhance the relationships between France and the “City by the Bay”.
