Cancellation after enrollment :
- If registration is cancelled before the first class, the whole tuition is refunded.

If a student cancels his/her registration during the first week of class (day of the first class + 6 days), tuition will be refunded minus
the fee for trying a class ($34).
- No refund or class credit will be issued if you decide to drop the class after the first week of the session. NO EXCEPTION.
- Textbooks bought from AFSCV are non-refundable and sales are final.
- Membership is not refundable.

- A student can transfer to another class subject to Teacher and School Director approval within the first two weeks of the session.
