Parlons Français - Scholarship Contest at AFSCV

The Parlons Français Concours Scolaire is an annual scholarship contest recognizing outstanding high school students in French language studies. Open to Juniors and Seniors from all high schools in Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz Counties, this competition rewards linguistic excellence and a passion for French culture.

The contest, traditionally held in person, moved to an online format during the pandemic and has remained virtual to ensure accessibility for all students.

Who Can Enter?

High school Juniors and Seniors enrolled in a French program in Santa Clara, San Mateo, or Santa Cruz Counties. 3 students by high school maximum.
Out of fairness, we ask that students from French-speaking families do not participate
