Join us for Alliance Française Silicon Valley’s final walk of the year—a festive Holiday Nature Walk and Picnic led by the wonderful Thomas Celerier!
Celebrate the season and close out the year with an invigorating adventure in nature, surrounded by stunning landscapes and holiday cheer.

Discover Monte Bello Open Space Preserve, a serene escape featuring rolling hills, vibrant vegetation, and the possibility of spotting wildlife in their natural habitat. Keep an eye out—you might catch a glimpse of graceful deer wandering among the trees!

Our scenic 3-mile loop begins with a gentle 1.5-mile climb, rewarding you with sweeping views of the preserve. From there, the trail winds downhill through lush greenery and panoramic vistas, making every step a delight.

The journey culminates at Black Mountain Backpack Camp, where we’ll pause for a well-deserved break and enjoy a festive picnic amid nature’s beauty. It’s the perfect moment to relax, refuel, and share holiday joy with fellow adventurers.
